It is my understanding that ForeFront TMG replaces ISA 2006 however since
(ForeFront TMG) only runs on Server 2008 64-bit OS, is ISA 2006 going to
continue to be offered/supported for 32-bit systems or has and EOL date for
it been announced?

If ISA 2006 is going to be phased out, is Microsoft going to offer any
content caching solution for servers running a 32-bit OS such as Server 2003
or Server 2008 (32-bit)?

In accordance with Microsoft Product Lifecycle policy, ISA Server 2006 RTM
and ISA Server 2006 Supportability Pack are not supported after 14 July
2009. The update supplied in the MS09-031 bulletin is the last update that
will be produced for ISA Server 2006 RTM or ISA Server 2006 Supportability
Pack. ISA Server 2006 updates produced after 14 July 2009 will apply to ISA
Server 2006 SP1 only
